HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Engagement models built around your goals

We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all contract. Depending on the clarity of your scope, the size of your team and how much you want to be involved, you can pick the engagement model that fits — or mix and match.

Fixed-Scope Projects

For well-defined work like a website redesign, a marketing campaign or a small custom app. We share a fixed quote, clear timeline and defined deliverables upfront.

Best for: corporate websites, landing pages, and defined SEO scopes.

Time & Material

For evolving products where scope is still changing. You pay for actual hours used with predictable reporting and flexibility to pivot priorities.

Best for: SaaS products, ongoing development, and internal tools.

Dedicated Team

You get a dedicated team of designers, developers and a project lead working exclusively on your roadmap.

Best for: funded startups, long-term roadmaps and team extension.

Retainer & Maintenance

A monthly retainer covering bug fixes, design updates, SEO work, content publishing and analytics support.

Best for: live websites, marketing retainers, SEO and ongoing growth.

Engagement model FAQs

In most cases we recommend starting with a short paid discovery sprint. By the end of it, we will know your scope well enough to recommend a fixed-scope, T&M or dedicated team engagement.

Yes. It is common to start with fixed-scope for a website and then switch to a retainer for ongoing work, or to start with a discovery sprint and graduate into a dedicated team.

For fixed-scope projects: typically 30/40/30 (kickoff / midway / launch). For T&M and retainers: monthly invoices against logged hours and deliverables.

Yes. For maintenance retainers and dedicated teams we sign clear SLAs covering response times, uptime monitoring and escalation paths.
